The one actor basically has a discussion with characters representing the different parts of his mind (skeptic/believer/philosopher/rationalist/etc) each played by the same actor. Highly informative.

John O'Neill was the FBIs top investigator into Al Qaeda before 9/11 when he quit his job in protest because the higher ups restricted his investigations so much.
He started his new job at the World Trade Centre on 9/11 where he was apparantely killed -I say apparantely as the "parts of his remains" were identified by the same people who set him up in the first place. Think of the possibility of a 'Hostel' style scenario for Mr O'Neill..I wouldn't put it past them...
