Click on 'activate' and then click on 'other activation option' and select 'by the telephone'. Then click on 'next' and you will find the 'request code' below the serial and below the 'request code' there will be a blank field for the 'activation no.'. Copy the 'request code' and paste it into the proper field in the keygen and press the 'activate' button. You will get the 'activation code'.
